Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Production Assistant (PA) to join our team. As a PA in the film industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production team and ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the filmmaking process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about film and eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and props on set

• Manage the organization and maintenance of production supplies

• Run errands and perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the production team

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all logistical needs are met

• Assist with crowd control and managing background talent on set

• Provide general support to the production team, including assisting with paperwork, scheduling, filming, and other duties as assigned

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all cast and crew members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent​​

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

• Previous experience in the film industry or related field is preferred but not required

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
