Job Title: Producer

Job Overview:

Shiloh & Bros is seeking a talented and experienced Producer to join our team. As a Producer at Shiloh and Bros, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from concept to completion. You will work closely with our creative team, clients, and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate must be flexible, self motivated and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of production, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and strategies for projects

• Source and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and freelancers to secure necessary resources for production

• Oversee the execution of production plans, ensuring that deadlines are met and that quality standards are maintained

• Monitor project budgets and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure profitability

• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new technologies and techniques into production processes

• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors

• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

• Familiarity with social media especially YouTube, Instagram and TikTok is a plus

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with a passion for innovation and creativity
